Last year, the Heywood Foundation, a charity honouring Sir Jeremy Heywood, launched Heywood Quarterly – a new publication that celebrates innovation and best practice in public policy development and delivery across the public sector. Authors have included previous Cabinet Secretary Simon Case, Head of Policy Profession & DEFRA Perm Sec Tamara Finkelstein, and Downing Street Director of Data Science Dr Laura Gilbert.
