Founded in 2020, the XGov Change Management Community of Practice provides a dedicated network for Government change agents, change practitioners and leaders to share insights, tools, and solutions. By connecting professionals across the Civil Service and public sector, it inspires collaboration and learning to tackle shared challenges effectively. We now have over 500 members from 106 public sector organisations.
Our Purpose is to empower efficient and innovative change through shared practices and collaborative expertise.
Our Mission is to raise the profile and professional standards of change management by working closely with professional bodies. Support change practitioners in our community by providing access to thought leaders, sharing best practice and opportunities for discussion and networking, all driving change management standards.
