Civil Service Live offers a unique opportunity to showcase your work, ideas and services to thousands of civil servants from across government.
Exhibiting allows teams, professions, networks and partners to engage directly with colleagues, share learning, and promote innovation and collaboration across the Civil Service.

Civil Service professions and functions
Staff networks and cross-government groups
Wider public sector organisations
Charities, non-profits, and social enterprises
Private sector partners and suppliers (subject to criteria)
All exhibitors must be able to demonstrate how they support the event objectives and how their exhibition aligns with the event themes.

Exhibitors are encouraged to create interactive, engaging stands that clearly communicate learning, support or services for civil servants.
How to apply
Edinburgh and London
Applications for Edinburgh and London are now open through the link below. We have a range of options available to suit all budgets, click to apply and see the different packages available.
You must submit your application before 5pm, Friday 20 March 2026.
Once submitted:
- Your application will be reviewed by the CSL team
- You may be contacted for further information
- Successful exhibitors will receive an exhibitor pack with logistics, deadlines and guidance and will be required to pay for their stand by the beginning of April.
Regional roadshow events
Applications for exhibitors are now open for the regional roadshow events, through the link below. There is no charge for exhibiting at the regional roadshow events.
Please note: these events are open to public sector exhibitors only, with a maximum of 30 exhibition stands available at each location.
Applications for regional roadshow events will close five weeks prior to each event and demand is expected to exceed availability. Priority will be given to local exhibitors and to organisations that closely align with the themes and objectives of Civil Service Live.
