The Civil Service LGBT+ Network is dedicated to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equal workplace for LGBT+ civil servants. Our mission is to support and challenge the Civil Service to become the most inclusive employer for LGBT+ individuals in the country. As a volunteer-led network with members across the UK, we organise a wide range of community events, including volunteering days, book clubs, professional development sessions, pride parades, social gatherings, and walking groups, all aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion among staff.
At our Civil Service Live stall, you will have the opportunity to meet your local Northern Ireland organisers, learn about upcoming events planned for 2025/26, and discover ways to positively impact LGBT+ civil servants. We will also provide information on a:gender, our Civil Service trans and intersex support network. Join us in ensuring visibility, pride, and representation for all.
