Roedd Madeleine yn Ysgrifennydd Parhaol ar gyfer Swyddfa Gogledd Iwerddon rhwng 2020 a 2023. Cyn hynny roedd hi&#8217;n Ddirprwy Gynghorydd Diogelwch Cenedlaethol y DU a Chynghorydd y Prif Weinidog ar Wydnwch a Diogelwch Cenedlaethol.
