Trwy gysylltu gweithwyr proffesiynol ar draws y Gwasanaeth Sifil a&#8217;r sector cyhoeddus, mae&#8217;n ysbrydoli cydweithredu a dysgu i fynd i&#8217;r afael \u00e2 heriau a rennir yn effeithiol. Mae gennym bellach dros 500 o aelodau o 106 o sefydliadau sector cyhoeddus.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ein Pwrpas yw grymuso newid effeithlon ac arloesol drwy arferion a rennir ac arbenigedd cydweithredol.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ein Cenhadaeth yw codi proffil a safonau proffesiynol rheoli newid trwy weithio&#8217;n agos gyda chyrff proffesiynol.
