We have two main goals: bringing the HMRC Customer Charter to life through engaging, interactive workshops. Cefnogi arweinwyr t\u00eem i wneud y gorau o&#8217;u hamser, gan alluogi arferion arweinyddiaeth fwy effeithiol, megis cynnal cyfarfodydd bach effeithlon a defnyddio byrddau rheoli gweledol. Tynnu sylw at bwysigrwydd arsylwi prosesau yn barhaus i wella ein gwasanaeth i gwsmeriaid. Cyflwyno dulliau hyfforddi i alluogi hyfforddi aelodau&#8217;r t\u00eem yn effeithlon.
